I have been all over the place lately in terms of trying to stay on track. I have not been very good about tracking food, and it shows, I'm up 4 pounds.
The heat and humidity continues to drag on up here, it makes getting out for walking hard. I've been trying to make sure I get up and do at least 30 minutes of exercise before getting ready for work to compensate.
Sunday I prepped ahead a bunch of veggie focused foods for lunches and dinners this week. I "baked" sweet potatoes in the crock pot - who knew? They came out fine and I didn't have to turn on the oven. Will definitely try this again.
Looking forward to getting the week over with. Work is a drag lately and I'm stalled out on the view job applications I have in the pipeline.
So it's head down and focused on the goal for this week - track all food, 30 minutes of exercise for at least 5 days this week.
