so this morning was my 2nd yoga class, and I've paid up front for five sessions, so now I HAVE to go lol.
I really enjoyed it, and yes its tough! Some of the poses and moves really challenge me, but thats great, thats what I want. Easy is for losers lol.
Plus I really enjoyed the cycle there and back too. Its a lovely sunny day, and luckily I didn't get lost this time! At least now I know where I'm going haha.
Then I came home, and had a bit of lunch, then did my 45 minutes of 'cardio kick', and now I feel amazing! Tired, lol, but its a well earned tired :)
I've burned off about 1,400 calories! Not a bad result if I do say so myself! :)
