10 Days of "Perfection"

After a pretty active but also food-centered long weekend, I am finding the need to get back to good, especially with the eating. So I am doing the next 10 days, which leads to our family vacation, eating as close to perfect as I can. I am tracking and will try to stay toward the lower end of my range as often as possible. I will be doing my standard exercise but the focus is on food. The focus is also off the scale... it is tucked away under the bathroom sink until Wed July 17. I have a feeling if I stick to the good eating for 10 days I'll be happy with what I see that day.

    Sounds like a good plan. We cooked yesterday so I have a fridge full of healthy foods and will be able to put together well balanced meals.
I'm sure you're going to love the numbers you see on the scale next time you step on :)

    thats nice.. even i am having a 10 day challenge of eating right with no outside food and trying to do zumba atleast 7 days of the 10.
