After a pretty active but also food-centered long weekend, I am finding the need to get back to good, especially with the eating. So I am doing the next 10 days, which leads to our family vacation, eating as close to perfect as I can. I am tracking and will try to stay toward the lower end of my range as often as possible. I will be doing my standard exercise but the focus is on food. The focus is also off the scale... it is tucked away under the bathroom sink until Wed July 17. I have a feeling if I stick to the good eating for 10 days I'll be happy with what I see that day.
