Insomnia turned out better than expected!

Monday, July 08, 2013

So last night, I just kept tossing and turning which I NEVER do. After about an hour of it, I figured I would just get up and make some coffee, clean my apt up a bit, and make my lunch for work. After that was all done, I just went for it, and worked out! :) I jumped on the treadmill, and walked while watching full house reruns at 5 in the morning, lol. Then, just got ready for work and even came in early...this is so unlike me haha. I am such a night if only I could wake up early most mornings to get a workout in! Regardless, I feel like superwoman today, I am really proud of myself....and it is only 9am! :)

I have a feeling I will be crashing early tonight, but the nice thing is that even if I am too beat to do my scheduled workout later today, I already got one in! :) What a great feeling!

It feels great getting it done early! Love the feeling... I miss my early am workouts. I always do one Sat am, but trying again to get a few in even if its 10mins. Just have been so busy and so tired. Keep up the great job! We will do it!:-)
