Wow , I knew I had lost a little but my scale said 5pounds. I guess its all that water weight they say. Ha, Ha. Off the 290 mark . I haven't seen that in awhile. Such an encouraging start for me. Why didn't I spark sooner? All in the right time I suppose. I hope everyone had a loosing week!!

    If you are strength training, remember muscle adds healthy weight & by itself burns calories for just being. Losing a little at a time is the best way. Also be prepared for plateaus - they are good - it's your body adjusting to the new you. emoticon
