Horse filled. I always love that. I spent Saturday at a horse show that featured, Arabs, Saddlebreds, Morgans, miniature horses, Hackney ponies, Road Horses (former Standardbred race horses), Canadian Horses and Welsh ponies.
This is a picture of a Hackney pony owned & shown by the people who own the barn where I board Leo. Her barn name is Julie.
Sunday, I brought DD & her old bike out to the barn to do some desensitization with Leo. He wasn't very concerned about the bike. I even rode him down the road a bit in the halter while DD road back and forth, circling us, coming up from behind etc. Leo did very well.
We also blew soap bubbles at him. He was surprised when they'd disappear after touching them. He was very good. I'll do some more another day.
I'm going to have a friend who has a ride-on scooter come out in August. Make sure Leo's ok with that too. I want him to be as cool as I can make him when he walks around at a Horse-Lover weekend showcase.
And you can see the farm house is being rebuilt. The rain has been holding many projects up so the workers were there all day Saturday and got a lot done.
