I'm so glad I did this challenge
I've lost another 4 pounds - so 8 in all over the two weeks.
But BETTER - MUCH better - than that is that I've established some new habits that I've been trying to 'get' for a long time. Principally making better friends with cardio and strength but also knocking my wine consumption down by a great deal. HOORAH - far fewer empty calories and far less food consumed because I'd taken my eye off the ball.
All in all a good exercise for me. My focus on health and fitness is much changed. Again, I need to say - thank you Spark for setting me on a better path.
