I started the Harcombe diet with my fiancÚ on the 1st July and in the first 5 days I have lost 8lb. My main issue is that I have a desk job and I dont get anywhere near enough exercise.
Dont get me wrong I am very pleased with the 8lb loss in 5 days but I want to move more (used to play sports) and feel fitter. So today, after opening my Sparkpeople account, I purchased a speed rope and Fitbit Flex tracker.
The aim is to watch what I eat (even on the Harcombe diet) and track what I do. Working from home today but in the office tomorrow. I am on the 8th floor of the building and I intend to count every step on the way up...
Here's hoping I make it up to the top.
I have just finished dinner and only managed 424 calories so far for the day. I certainly dont feel hungry - maybe its just the effect of the Harcombe diet?
