June was not a good month for me. Everything was off track, which only leaves improvement for July.
I haven't given up nor did I quit. I'm just picking up the pieces and moving forward.
My goals for July are to get back on track with my exercise, improve eating my fruits and veggies and increase my water intake.
I really need to work on my guilty feelings for taking time out for my exercise. I have so much to do around the house, I tend to rush through my fitness routine just to get it done and move on to another chore. I want to enjoy my workouts. So one BIG goal I have for July is to slow down and enjoy my one-on-one time with my workouts.
