Today I prepped all my meals for the week and took advice from other sparkies that helped a lot. Starting my all veggies for the month I might throw in a salmon here and there. I made eggplant, zucchini, string beans, cauliflower, and spinach for lunch and dinner until friday dinner. Still trying to figure out my water intake. I dont want to waste money on bottled waters. I'm Looking forward to the week. Hopefully this month I'll hit a goal to get out of the two's hundreds. Have a good week everyone!
