So I found that it's easier to get out in the mornings with my 13yo son. We've been jogging a 2mi stretch (approx 1 mi ea way) with walking intervals. So far we've been doing 6 of 7 days ea week! It's getting easier! I'm lasting longer with our run time.,.... Today we made it in 32 min! Yay! I love our final race/sprint at the end, it makes it fun.
I'm trying to keep on a path to losing weight. THe hardest thing is realizing how much of what I eat is high calories. I don't eat much throughout the day, but one splurge seems to really blow my calorie count!
Goal: To lose the weight and maintain without having to count every calorie. Finding a way to balance exercise and enjoying life.
