I weighed in today...a day early...I'm trying to stick to Sunday/Wednesday weigh ins, but I get antsy. I notice that weight loss time goes faster when I don't weigh everyday...it is easier to see progress over more days in between. Anyway, I weighed in on Saturday and it was SO motivating! I hit below 170! I'm finally in the 160s (barely at 169.8, but I'll take it!). I remember when I was losing two years ago the low 170s seemed impossible to shake. I am happy to have burst through!
Oddly, I am having the problem of not eating enough during the day and getting grumpy. I'd like to not rely so much on dinner for calories. I'm definitely getting really full from a lot smaller portions. I never ate just a half of a sandwich at a restaurant, but two nights ago I was totally stuffed after half, so I stopped. I hope I can just stick with it this time and not lose motivation. Doing well so far!
