I just made my grocery list and went to the grocery list items on this site. really helped me. of course i made some changes to the list. i have been skimming through Jillian Michael s book and that is helping at well. i just want to stick to this and really hope that i found my way to get healthy. i am so tired of yo yo dieting and i just want to live to make better and heather choices. just because i am not eating what i used to does not mean i am missing out, i just have chosen a better way to enjoy my foods. i can do this.
