I just made my grocery list and went to the grocery list items on this site. really helped me. of course i made some changes to the list. i have been skimming through Jillian Michael s book and that is helping at well. i just want to stick to this and really hope that i found my way to get healthy. i am so tired of yo yo dieting and i just want to live to make better and heather choices. just because i am not eating what i used to does not mean i am missing out, i just have chosen a better way to enjoy my foods. i can do this.

  You can do this!! Congratulations on getting off to such a great start. Planning your meals and having the ingredients that you need on hand is half of the battle. Using the nutrition tracker should help you out a lot. It will help show you where you can tweak your diet to make it more efficient and work for you. Be sure to start out with those baby steps, so that you can build consistency. Baby steps equal consistency and consistency equals success. You have made a wonderful start.
