Started a new challenge

Well, I hope everyone had a good holiday. I did my challenge of doing yoga for two weeks and I do at least two yoga workout everyday now. So, that was not too bad.

I started a new challenge and I hope to lose at least one pound a week. I am starting off small. My new goal is to lose 30 pounds by January 2014.

Things have gotten under control with the house now so maybe I get back on roll with my SP site and communicating better as well.

The challenge I am doing is in the 50+ members with 50-99 pounds to lose blog so join us.

It has been a good summer so far. I take my vacation every week so I am only working two days a week and I have a five day weekend until August. I am really going to hate working five day in the fall. But I will be looking forward to next summer.
