Breakfast: grits, banana, Orange juice, coffee
Lunch: big ol salad with lots of veggies
Snack: Greek yogurt with walnuts and flaxseed
Dinner: 1 piece of last night's pizza, banana
Walk with hubby
Self reflection and accountability: Yay! I finally got enough freggies!
I have moved 7 days in a row!
I was very conscious of all my choices today and tried to make smart ones. So today's blog is short...but I am going for consistency.
I can do this! I will do this! I must do this!
