So, last night I did quite a bit of research on fitness plans, body transformations,etc. I think I've settled on a routine from bodybuilding.com that really seems like it will work for me. It's Felicia Romero 's 360 w/o plan and it consists of 5 days of strength workouts and about as many 30 minute cardio days as I can muster. I'm thinking that if I continue to revamp my nutrition along with that, I should really start to see some results here soon.
Tonight on my run,I felt so good!! I felt POWERFUL. I felt strong and like I had real endurance. 3 miles in 22:30 is great and I was actually excited to come home and do another strength workout right behind my run. :) I feel like I'm going to beat the husband at his challenge.... Long as I keep this up, he'll never catch me!!
