Another Milestone and Retesting Progress

) .. and I use the Aria scale which is tied in with my FitBit account.. so I weigh.. it zaps it via my wireless network to FitBit and when I meet a milestong I get "badges" in my email.. and it is SO motivating to me! So, this morning I hit another milestone and got this in my email:



Yeah!!! I started at 326lbs.. and I'm down to 260lbs as of this morning!! WOOT WOOT.. I only have 5 more pounds to lose to meet my Africa Zipline goal! Oh my stars.. it's within my reach.. soooo close.. must keep working hard! (and do not mistake that this is HARD and UNCOMFORTABLE.. I wrote about it here www.sparkpeople.com/mypa

I'm participating in the Biggest Loser Challenge #22 (BLC22)... i've never done a challenge like this before and wasn't sure what to expect.. let me just say my expectations have been exceeded! I'm part of the Sassy Shamrock Sheriffs and they are a terrific group of women serious about having a good time while getting healthy.. but they are committed.. they are but kickers.. a range of ages.. a range of goals.. a range of interests.. it's DIVERSE.. which I love.. They hold me accountable (even when they don't know it! HA).. and I know I've done better these last 4 weeks because of my participation on the team. We are now in Week 4 and are retaking our fitness test we took in Week 1. It is SO smart to periodically measure where we're at... I have totally embraced that notion at CrossFit and was tickled to see that our team would do it too!

So here are my Week 1 results compared to Week 4


Everything improved!! YEAH!! Some areas greatly improved.. and other areas only a little.. but ALL improved so I'm good with that. We also took "flexibility" pics the 1st week.. here's mine week 1:

Definite improvement.
