I have not been doing so great at paying attention to what I'm eating and have not been exercising like at all! But I just got a job about 2 miles away, so I'll be riding my bike to and from which I'm excited about, plus there's the whole walking around while I'm at work thing! Also on my college campus, which is where I live there is a gynormous hill, so every morning and night my plan starting tonight is to walk all the way up to the top and back down! I think for me the key is making small easy life changes that will slowly impact me! My weight loss goal is big, but I have about 10 months to be when and where I want to be. For those of you that pray, I'd ask for prayer for motivation! that bit is the hardest for me!!
