Week 4 Challenges(July 1 - 7)

Fitness Challenge: Do a minimum of 30 minutes of cardio each day this week. (Worth 10 points a day..max 70 pts for the week). Itís time to stretch those muscles too! Do this spark video (20-Minute Yogilates Routine) 5 times this week. Here is the link: www.sparkpeople.com/resource/
