Yesterday I went to the movie theater with a friend o me. He asked about some snack for the movie, he bought nachos with cheese, two hot dogs and a jumbo coke. He ate everything before the movie had finished, I was surprised. He invite me some nachos but I decline, I though "it's no time for a snack, I'll get a greek yogurt outside". I was surprise for two things: first, I don't understand how he could eat everything half an hour after lunch, second I could refuse the snacks even I was tempted for the popcorn, I know popcorn could be a healthy snack but at the cinema the portions are too big. I was proud of myself. This week I have surpassed my calorie intake four days, I have chosen the wrong snacks at the wrong times, nevertheless I determine to get back on track on friday and making that decision on saturday made me happy. Those are my Baby Steps and I decide to make more, every step counts, as a sparkarticle say "one step back two steps forward"
