How I handle sugar cravings!

When I experience sugar cravings, I grab a golden delicious apple (the yellow ones, they're very sweet) or I have a 3.25 oz. serving of sugar-free Jell-O. At 5 calories per serving of jell-o, I think it's a winner! emoticon

    I have cut out my sugar cravings by totally staying away from breads and sweets. It helps that I am allergic to eggs. I have to be careful, and it has helped me cut the cravings. Yes, fruit is a wonderful alternative. I dread the colder weather when it gets harder to find fresh fruit locally.

    I know this sounds weird, but I eat a dill pickle. I think the vinegar changes my craving.

    Have you tried pink lady apples? They are beautiful. I will try the tip about the cinnamon.

    If you sprinkle cinnamon on that apple, it helps it last longer and if you take cinnamon capsules it stops most of your sugar and carb cravings. I also brew team with cinamon sticks and sprinkle cinnamon in my coffee

    I like this idea, because I love apples and I don't eat enough of them. I used to eat more of them and I think it actually helped me lose weight. Thank you for reminding me. emoticon
