I have lost 41 Lbs since starting on this journey , 26 lbs this year. I am at 158 and did not really want to start working out until I was below 160. The next 6 wks will pretty intense. I need some suggestions . I have been stuck for a month (parties and travel) . Thought about the GM diet, day 1) all fruits, no bananas + 8-10 glasses of water, day 2)all veggies +8-10 glasses of water 3) then fruit & veggies no bananas or potatoes, day 4) 8 bananas+3 glasses of milk 5) 6-7 Tomatoes+1 c brown rice+12-15 glasses of water etc. I need to loose at least 15 lb in six wks and would love to loose 18. I start working out Mon, Wed, Fri and water aerobics Tues & Thurs all for 1 hour each.
