Went to the gym this morning around 6am. I have found that working out in the morning really changes my mood. I feel great after a morning workout. My trainer said that I burn more calories/fat in the morning than in the evening. My challenge now is drinking one gallon of water a day. I've been drinking half a gallon daily. emoticon

    Great lesson learned...the best time for you to work out. You can do it! And while it may seem like a lot of water, gradually start building up to your goal and (this may sound a very personal) be sure to check your urine, the color will tell you when you've had enough. emoticon

    I've always been an early morning workout person. I can't find another better way to start my morning. It's the best! emoticon
