B: Apple Walnut Micro Salad

L: Micro salad with romaine, Friday's raw Veg Bowl, and avocado orange dressing
Eggplant Shiitake Spinach Casserole with baked multigrains

D: Black Bean Mango Salad with pineapple, Golden Cauliflower Soup, Banana/cocoa sorbet with almonds.

An easy day with leftovers for lunch and supper. I did a dessert with protein and fruit sweetness from dates and bananas before going to the pool. Last night I had to have a snack after my workout. I wasn't sure if that was a need for protein or just wanting something sweet as a treat.

So this dessert was a combination of both. I've tried to be more mindful of protein today. I have eaten all minimums of greens, raw veg, cooked veg, nuts, and beans. I have included 2 grain servings. Protein: 44 g.

    I've calculate my protein needs by my body weight. I found out I needs at least 43g so I will focus on that number. So far I am doing well with getting protein by eating lots of veggies.
And will eat 1 oz. of nuts. I think I am making progress doing ETL plan.
