D: Black Bean Mango Salad with pineapple, Golden Cauliflower Soup, Banana/cocoa sorbet with almonds.

An easy day with leftovers for lunch and supper. I did a dessert with protein and fruit sweetness from dates and bananas before going to the pool. Last night I had to have a snack after my workout. I wasn't sure if that was a need for protein or just wanting something sweet as a treat.

So this dessert was a combination of both. I've tried to be more mindful of protein today. I have eaten all minimums of greens, raw veg, cooked veg, nuts, and beans. I have included 2 grain servings. Protein: 44 g.
