Loved my vacation so much that it took a few days to even crack open the luggage and start the laundry (which overflowed the plumbing, backed up the sink, required plumber intervention). I've been staying up just a little late, and sleeping in a lot.
Which has resulted in a little omission. I STILL haven't done a real cardio work out, a week after getting home. I've walked the dogs, and yesterday I spent 90 minutes working up a sweat scrubbing floors. I tracked my food, and my weight held steady, even though I made the most amazingly creamy LC ice cream ever. Oh, and I've had far more LC chocolate than usual.
So I gotta fix that. Tomorrow, back to the gym! 5.5 lbs to drop then I can put up my "Lost 50 Lbs" badge! I'm gearing up to work a lot more than usual (usual is part time) over the next few months. I need to make my a.m. cardio an important part of that.
One lovely outcome of the laundry problem was that I took my 70 lbs of laundry to the closest fluff and fold. It was an amazing (and no calorie) treat to get it back all clean and folded the next day. I think I'm doing that every week for a while!
