The beginning

What an insipid title.
Currently at work, but it's slow, and incredibly hot out, so I'm taking a minute in the air conditioned office to cool my fat ass down. There's nothing quite like working at a bar where 90% of the clientele is sculpted Jersey shore femme fatales. Not to forget the gorgeous bartenders working in bikinis. Sigh. One day. So that's one bit of conceited motivation for me :-)

Soooo. Starting the fat attack journey. Again. Just like the last time, I make this decision during the hottest week of all time, which means my motivation is lounging in an airconditioned room sipping a frozen cocktail on a couch.

Tomorrow I've got Crossfit in the AM, which means by 9:30 my lady balls will be drenched. Then work all night. Sigh. I meant to make this an entertaining entry, but I really should get back to business. First part lifestyle change: Eliminate fried foods. Reduce alcohol intake to no more than twice a week, and go to Crossfit a minimum of four days. GO.
