Well I have been off for 4 days and decided to challenge myself to 20k steps daily (roughly a bit more than 9 miles). I am happy to say that I accomplished this self-imposed challenge. It has been a long time and I had to push myself but I did it and am feeling very pleased with myself tonight.
Now to face some challenges at work this week and just keep doing what I can do to keep my composure since the only thing I have any control over is MYSELF!!!
