Cycled 16 miles again today. Baking hot (well for us 'UKonians').
Just ate stupid amount of water biscuits: I LOVE those things! On my 4th can of Stella. Tsk. But it's only 2 days a week I get to be naughty, and I offset that with 2 days of 'fasting' + 3 days of 'The 3 day diet'. I'm losing weight and size, and not finding it hard. I like the opportunity to be naughty a couple of times a week. It stops me feeling deprived.
