Today Was Hard

Exercising today was hard. I woke up just not motivated. I sat around, read the morning paper, and contemplated just lounging today. Taking a day off. But by 2PM I was bored and my husband said it was because I hadn't exercised yet. So I put on my shoes and we took off for a walk. It was hot. Hotter than I thought it would be but I did get my 10,000 steps in. I do feel better (after the cool shower). Now I just need to figure out what's for dinner without messing up my pie chart!
Oh yeah - I did a bunch of situps today too. That's new for me so I'm hoping to do them a few times a week. Can't hurt.

    Congrats on motivating yourself to do what you weren't really up for when the day started. I honestly believe that's one of the biggest hurdles to overcome! Stay strong and remember, you only fail when you stop trying! -Miya

    You did great! Sometimes the hardest part for me too, is just getting started. I had a day like that today. It took me a long time to finally do it, but once I got started on my workout, it didn't feel like it was so difficult.
