Exercising today was hard. I woke up just not motivated. I sat around, read the morning paper, and contemplated just lounging today. Taking a day off. But by 2PM I was bored and my husband said it was because I hadn't exercised yet. So I put on my shoes and we took off for a walk. It was hot. Hotter than I thought it would be but I did get my 10,000 steps in. I do feel better (after the cool shower). Now I just need to figure out what's for dinner without messing up my pie chart!
Oh yeah - I did a bunch of situps today too. That's new for me so I'm hoping to do them a few times a week. Can't hurt.
