Well not proud that I've kinda backtracked. I believe I have gained back about 5-10 of the 30 pounds I have lost; but not going to let it get me down. I've tried for the last few weeks to get back on track but yesterday was the first day I really felt truly motivated. It never fails; if I log onto SP and spend time reading articles, posting on the boards, etc then I almost ALWAYS feel suddenly motivated. So to get back on track I plan to log onto facebook anytime I feel the urge to mindlessly eat and see if it helps.

    Keep working to develop better patterns that protect you when you forget to watch. Anyway, this is not a diet or a race, it is a life's journey.

    I try to make an effort to log in every day and keep myself motivated and accountable. It's the best thing I do for me everyday! emoticon emoticon

  I find that anytime I fell like im going to binge that it's a good time to take a walk......Just get out of the house and away from the refrigerator. Hang in there, you can do it.
