The good, the bad and the ugly

Starting with the good? I did walk 20 minutes yesterday. I also swam 1/4 km this morning. I had forgotten my math from the other day - thought 25 lengths of the pool was 1/2 km, but it is 25 laps I need to do. Still - felt good and for my first try. It didn't take as long as I thought. I could feel it for sure, but I probably could have gone further. Might get back into the pool soon. Also, I bought a hula hoop yesterday. Saw a video not too long ago and thought it looked fun. Well, it was certainly funny! It certainly qualified for the ugly part of this blog! LOL! Not sure, but it feels like it might be a bit of a work out.

The bad - Friday I was feeling pissed off and tired. Not sure what it was all about. Unfortunately, I ate 2 bowls of popcorn with butter. That didn't help. Then DH suggested pizza for supper - ugh! NO WILL POWER!!! Yesterday we went into town. Went to Boston Pizza for lunch. I chose the Crispy Chicken Pecan Salad. Thought it was a good low carb choice. OMG - when it tracked today it is 32 WW PointsPlus! 32!!!! My daily allowance is 26. It is over 1000 calories!!! I can say I didn't eat it all. Not a big fan of bacon, so I put most of that aside. I also found the chicken tasteless, so I only ate about 1/2 of it. But I did eat all the nuts and cheese. Won't be ordering that again.

To end on a positive note - tomorrow my course on Building Incredible Willpower starts. I so need this! It sounds like 60 people are taking it. I mentioned my goals are to achieve optimal health and fitness.

fact is we learn from others mistakes . several times I have ate something
thinking . it cant have many points emoticon wrong.

great on the emoticon
its smarter to work up to the potential . then to assume, you swim x amount laps
un realistic. I started my emoticon at 15 min. I have built up to 40 min
now . next goal 60 minutes .
