Another day of hot, hazy and humid weather up here. I'm sticky, and ready for a bath. I haven't been out today, it's a rest day, and only stuck my head out the door. It's getting dark and cloudy up there.
Last week got all my goals done. I did really well with the exercising. I only missed my one day of planned rest. I got out most every day to either swim or walk. I also did a walk at home tape when I didn't want to go out.
Yestarday I got all my goals done and stayed within the calorie range. I got in a short walk outside, and a walk at home tape done.
My goals for next week are:
90 minutes of housework
90 minutes of reading
90 minutes of writing
60 minutes of strength training
180 minutes of cardio: swimming/walking
staying within my calorie range of 1230 to 1580 calories or under the 2000 mark 6 of the 7 days
My goals for Monday are:
15 minutes of writing
15 minutes of reading
15 minutes of housework
30 minutes of cardio/swimming
10 minutes of strength training
staying within my calorie range of 1230 to 1580 calories or under the 2000 mark
spending at least 30 minutes on Spark people tracking my food and exercise.
