So late last night, a commercial came on the tv for Breakfast after Midnight at McDonalds. Yea, I caved. So my "breakfast" was at 12:30 this morning. I wasn't hungry...it just looked so good. Not happy with myself but...it is what it is. I can't uneat it so I am just moving forward with the rest of my day. I added it to my tracker and somehow, it's still allowing me to stay in my goals for the day. Today's goal...more fruits and veggies. Lunch will be a nice chicken "taco" salad, an apple and more water.
I need to learn that I can't always get what I want.
