I just read an article in a woman's magazine about the new DASH diet for weight loss. I wanted to know more so I got on line and began my research. I found out that the guide lines on SP are almost the same. I didn't buy any of the books to tell me how to do this since SP has already done that and this is free. I have made a point to say I am not on a diet but just eating healthier and now I find I have been following the DASH diet LOL. I keep my food tracker here and let SP do all the calculations for me.
