Ah Yes the battle of the bulge is not a easy fight but I do bare my sword at it's throat. And yes I have manage to cripple the vile beast for now. A small victory I lost 13 pounds and the past me would say that is nothing but I am claiming my glory now. Yes this is just a small step to the many I can achieve. T started out with lowering my carbs as I am a bread munching girl. I now use low carb wraps and make sandwiches with 1 slice of bread. Plus I am now getting more protein with cassien protein shakes. I drink them to curve my appetite but also to recover after a heavy train session so I hope to keep you updated in the process.
