Full Day

Sunday, July 07, 2013

I was up early (probably due to the nap yesterday), so I did some chair exercises then went on the computer before Church.
I got air in my tires after Church then went grocery shopping.
I am taking a break right now from the paper work at the office.
To my friend's house for supper and the evening is on the agenda.
Yes, I am feeling better. The day of R & R did the trick.

I am so glad that you are spacing out the "to do" list with the "enjoyment" list. That's so important. Sometimes I feel like I can't go on with enjoying myself until everything is finished. But I know that's a deception. Glad you are able to make some plans to do what you feel that needs to be done, be it several small tasks, and then enjoy the rest of the day. That's very important! emoticon

I feel guilty but I am taking a break after church too, with my feet propped up. I will fix dinner and go back to church at 6pm. God bless. emoticon
