Day 14

I am at 137.3. A little dissapointed since I was at 135 and gained the weight back...but I lost some inches which is great. In reviewing the history of my measurements..my hip measurements have not budged over.50. My waist is getting smaller but my hips are not. I will have to work on that. Next thing I know my picture will be in the dictionary under wide load. emoticon ...lol Jeez. The plan is to kick the exercise up a notch this week. I have been walking on the tread but I feel I need to kick it up a notch to get this weightloss going. I will be doing some hip hop abs..the 30 mt one this week and see how this goes. I tried on my N.Y. & Co. Size 8 pants which were very very tight around the waist and thighs to the point of making me feel like a sausage. They were still tight but not uncomfortable to the point of passing out. So that made me feel good as well. I was thinking about eating one regular meal today and getting back on track. Kind of like shocking my body but we will see.
