Tuesday, Day #77, 7/2/13 was a little rocky.
Here's the exercise that I did Tuesday (7/2/13):
1.8 miles of walking
I think I may have still been a little tired from the spinning class on Monday, because I didn't feel like doing anything on Tuesday. At lunch time, I just wanted to take a nap. So the only exercise I got in was my morning walk from the train station to my job.
I had planned to go to LA Fitness that evening, but I had a ton or errands to run and just felt too tired to go (Tuesday was my last night in town before my vacation). And of course on top of not getting exercise in, I ate bad for dinner. I hit up Chick-Fil-A and you know that the sad thing is? I didn't even really enjoy it. Oh well, tomorrow is another day...
