I have been off work since Wednesday and it's been hot
in the Northeast. Most days have been over 90 and who wants to cook when it's that hot.
Add that with being off from work and it's been hard to stay focused and on track.
I haven't gone crazy but have been overindulging: went out for ice cream a couple of times and out to dinner a few times. I have cut myself some slack because I am on vacation, although it's a staycation so really no excuse not to stay on plan.
My weight is slightly up today but not crazy. I need to stay focused on my July goal of 150, which is very doable.
Today we are having my BIL's family over to celebrate my niece's birthday. There will be cake and ice cream plus hotdogs, hamburgers, potato salad, green salad, and fruit. My plan for staying in range is to have a light breakfast and lunch and moderate dinner. Drink lots of water and stay away from snacks today.
