I thought this was a very good article and just wanted to share. I do not have a smart phone so could not load the meditations but am going to check in some other places to see if I can find some that I could just download to my laptop.

    Drinking enough water every day is easily missed. People who don't drink enough water get most of their daily needs from their food. Sure, that works, but you also get a ton of calories that you don't need.

One that's not mentioned, because at work you can't do much about it, is to get enough rest. (This one's near and dear to me, as it's the habit I'm focusing on this month.) If you're well-rested and well-hydrated you're MUCH less likely to need a snack, and, if you do, a small one will probably do. I know that when I'm really short on sleep I seem to be munching or sipping all day long!
