SP Official Better Sleep Challenge Journal, Day 2, P.M.

I am answering the first thirteen questions here:


1. I woke up around 6 a.m.
2. Trying to get to sleep by 10:30 p.m. tonight.
3. I'm SO tired I may just grunge it and do all my creams and stuff tomorrow morning... I know, I know-- eewwww!! emoticon
4. Fully loaded homemade low-fat hamburger on whole wheat bun with lots of raw veggies, several Trader Joe's Tater Tots, two slices of watermelon; I finished dinner by 6:30 p.m.
5. Yes, I climbed up and around our canyon at 7 a.m: brisk, uphill, 1.24 mi. walk @ 30 min.
6. No alcohol.
7. Two cups of orange pekoe tea this morning, one Diet Coke mid-afternoon.
8. No, just my women's formula vitamins.
9. No naps! Not even an attempted nap. emoticon
10. Same old, same old: kids acting up, hubby's upcoming surgery, $$$, trying to sell stuff on Ebay to raise money for the surgery...
11. Hunger: 3-strong hunger
12. Awake: 3-fairly alert
13. Irritability: 2-slightly annoyed


All in all, some improvement since last night! emoticon

    A little better but I am sure you would love to be sleeping much better by now. Keep working at it. HUGS!
