I am feeling very good about my progress w/ MF. I am out of the 140's finally!!!! I have lost 10.7 lbs in 5 weeks. I still have a muffin top and my clothes are still tight. So I've added exercise 3x a week walking 5000 steps a day working up to 10000 steps a day, joined a Spark Challenge, and 15minute workouts that target abs and thighs.
