Wednesday goals

Walk 20 minutes
Eat 8-10 freggies
Drink 8 cups of water
Plan my meals for the week

This week has been absolute madness. I was able to achieve my daily goals on Wednesday, but other than that, no success. I am not giving up though, my week has just been too busy to have any time for this. Things will slow down now, and I will be able to start some regularity next week.
