Oh SP I'm home again. I'm going to track again. Every little thing that passes my lips from a lick to a gobble. I've tried to do it myself and just put in my exercise, but it isn't working....I'm going back to tracking my food one mouthful at a time. I've set up my list for tomorrow. I'm putting my list right on the kitchen counter so I'll see it in the am when I get up....no more excuses.
I also bought an old bike from Craig's List today. It needs some repairs and is in the shop. Can't wait to get it out. Also found a really nice helmet to wear for protection while out on the road....at Salvation Army for $3.99 how's that? Woo hoo I'm excited.
Have also set my alarm for 7am and going for my run/jog. I did really well for 2 whole weeks then nothing this week....slacked off.
I feel really good about all this. I'm still keeping up with my 10,000 steps and have been doing over that amount consistently.
This is a promise to myself to loose at least 5 lbs. by the end of this month. Think I can do it....we will see...that is my challenge.
