Days 1-45 July 6- August 20
Goal 1: Drink plain water 24oz emoticon for day 1
Goal 2: Make it through 2 days of Sweat 1 of Power 90
Goal 3: Make it through 2 days of Sculpt 1 of Power 90
Goal 4: Track at least 75% of my food ( didnt eat well)
Goal 5: Lose at least 3 lbs going from 213 to 210

Today instead of Power 90 I walked with my daughter up to Toot and Totum and got my DH a few things he needed. I really didnt eat to well today. I bought a box of Mike and Ike and almost ate the entire box otherwise I had onion soup w/ cheese and toast, 1 slice of thin crust ham and pineapple pizza, a bowl of pasta with sauce and stewed tomatoes. I did get in 26 oz of plain water today. I spent most of my day doodling my zen tangles and did 3 drawings. I also watched some history channel stuff and a few movies like always.

    Good for you! Your daughter was probably happy to get to go for a walk too! Anything that encourages family time is good!
