Our main challenge this week was to pick out workout challenge for this season and do the first week. I chose pushups. I completed week one of the challenge and I think I did quite well. I am still doing them on my knees but hope to eventually be able to do full push ups! We're on our way!
The bonus part was to log our food for the week and practice mindful eating. I logged my food everyday, everything I ate. I tried mindful eating but with the holiday thrown in it was a little difficult. I really need to work on this area.
On to week 4!
