THANKS SOOOOO MUCH
Your kindnesses during the last few weeks have been effective,
felt and much appreciated. I/We would not have made it through
EVERYTHING lately – 2 surgeries and MiL’s passing – without YOU ALL !

Between the stress of this week AND the dreary, rainy days,
I have been migraine-y all week.

BUT our prayers were answered and the rain held off the
entire time at the graveside service Friday.

This quote was in an email this week. By Angela Berenstein
it is a new, daily mantra for me.

You will have so much to offer the world tomorrow,
if you take care of yourself today.

Smile of the Week By Caring.com staff, June 26, 2013

It's a Miracle!

Doctor Bloomfield was known for his extraordinary treatment of arthritis.

One day he had a waiting room full of people when an elderly woman,
almost bent over in half, shuffled in slowly, leaning on her cane.

When her turn came, she went into the doctor's office, and, amazingly,
emerged within 5 minutes later, walking completely erect with
her head held high.

A woman in the waiting room who had seen all this rushed up to her
and said, "It's a miracle! You walked in bent in half and now you're
walking erect. What did that doctor do?"

"He gave me a longer cane."
