With that being said time to review how I did on the challenge.
On May 11th I started the challenge at 141.2 At week 6 I made it all the way down to 134.9 my goal was to stay within weight range of 135.8 to 144.2 (140 as the goal using 3% of goal weight ) Success for me
Today's posted weight was 136.7 Weight Loss Percentage for me was 3.19% for the 8 weeks.

Thighs 21.5" & 22"
Adds up to 4 inches lost for the challenge granted there are days when I'm bloated and the inches increase a bit
Body Fat % was 29.1 as of this morning it was 28.1 %
I am very pleased with the results I had this round with the Casual Travelers
Now I have been re vamping my work since the gym changed locations and have different equipment to use I think I have come up with a plan that will work will blog later about new plan
