End of Spring in to Summer 8 week challenge!

Wow! I needed this challenge. I was off track, going through illnesses, and gaining weight.
With this 8 week challenge, I practiced healthy skills... like food tracking, fiber levels, sodium levels, drinking water and more. Some of the skills stuck....like food tracking and others need more practice. So I signed up for the next challenge.
I love that I am tracking food.
It has helped that I daily wear as pedometer trying for 10,000 steps.
The Starfish team has such supportive people!
I lost 7.5 lbs. with not the best habits oversll.
Bring on the summer challenge! I have more to learn.
