I think I'm operating at a calorie deficit or something. I took off this morning and didn't eat breakfast, then ended up staying at work most of the day and didn't take a lunch. Need to be careful about that sort of thing. I was hungry when I got home so I had toast and jam. Don't want to overdo before dinner. Back on track tomorrow. Also didn't get much activity in today, the job ended up being kind of sedentary. A little activity, but not much. I'll go for tennis in the morning.
